Flowers and Their Messages as given by The Mother
Flowering Vines Part Two

Obscurity tired of being obscure
The Mother
The Divine alone is light - all the rest is semi-obscurity.2
The Mother
How miserable that obscurity which keeps men away from the very thing which would bring them happiness and subjects them to this painful school of ordinary existence fashioned entirely from struggle and suffering! 3
The Mother

Transformation Makes the Obscurity Disappear

Obscurity will disappear more and more as the transformation progresses

Voice of the Higher Mind
In quest of Truth
(Dictated by Mother to Tara)

The role of the Higher Mind? It ought to receive inspirations from above, ought to transmit them in the form of ideas to the most material mind, so that the latter may execute things, make formations. It serves as an intermediary between the higher power and the active mind. The Higher Mind is a mind of idea-formation and at the same time (The noise of the wind drowns Mother's voice for a moment.)
That's its purpose. It can also try to give some understanding of things which are above the more ordinary mentality, to explain, to clarify general ideas and the principles which go beyond them. 5
The Mother

Victory in the Vital another form a new cultivar

In the vital even a little victory has great consequences
(Dictated to Tara by Mother)

Victory

Will triumph over all obstacles.
(Dictated by Mother to Tara)
the first victory is to create an individuality. And then later, the second victory is to give this individuality to the Divine. And the third victory is that the Divine changes your individuality into a divine being.
There are three stages: the first is to become an individual; the second is to consecrate the individual, that he may surrender entirely to the Divine and be identified with Him; and the third is that the Divine takes possession of this individual and changes him into a being in His own image, that is, he too becomes divine.6

Spiritual Power of Healing
Mothers comment: 17.9.71
Opening and receptivity to the divine influence.

Divine Ananda

Abundant, succulent, nourishing, full of vigour.
THE world lives in and by Ananda. From Ananda, says the Veda, we were born, by Ananda we live, to Ananda we return, and it adds that no man could even have the strength to draw in his breath and throw it out again if there were not this heaven of Bliss embracing our existence as ether embraces our bodies, nourishing us with its eternal substance and strength and supporting the life and the activity.7
